A contract is formed only when LIS System s.r.o. and the client agree the relevant order, proposal, statement of work, service agreement or other contractual confirmation.

Separate service agreements

Specific services, digital products, project deliverables, prices, payment schedules, deadlines, acceptance conditions and cancellation rights may be governed by a separate agreement or order.

Where a separate agreement conflicts with these Website Terms, the separate agreement governs the relevant service or transaction, subject to mandatory law.

Digital products and pricing

Where the website offers a digital product for sale, LIS System s.r.o. is the seller and the contracting party for that purchase.

A product listing or order page is an invitation to purchase and not a binding offer. A contract is formed once payment has been confirmed and delivery of the digital product has been arranged.

Prices are shown in the currency and amount stated at checkout. For consumers located in the European Union, the price includes value-added tax (VAT) at the rate applicable in the consumer's country of residence. Sales to customers located outside the European Union are not subject to EU VAT.

Permitted use

You may view and use the website for lawful personal or business information purposes.

Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms limits rights granted to consumers by mandatory applicable law.

A consumer who has been unable to resolve a dispute directly with LIS System s.r.o. may be entitled to seek alternative dispute resolution through:

Governing law

These Website Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.

Where the user is a consumer, this choice does not deprive the consumer of protections that cannot be excluded under the law that would otherwise apply.

Disputes are subject to the competent courts, without limiting any mandatory consumer-jurisdiction rights.
